We currently ship orders across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
Any delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order amounts as per ongoing promotions.

5. Tracking Orders

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link or the courier partner’s website.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged / Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
In case of lost shipments confirmed by the courier, we will either reship the product or provide a refund.
