Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/shipping.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our Return Policy will apply.

2. Refunds on Cancellations

  • If the order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

3. Refunds on Returns

  • If the product is eligible for return (as per our Return Policy), refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the product is used, damaged, or not in its original packaging.

  • If the return request is raised beyond the 7-day return window.

  • Customized or special-order items.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
