1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in their original condition.

    • In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear & tear.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the item was purchased under a free-shipping offer, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items only.

6. Damaged / Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
